Roles and Responsibilities

Members of the Board of Directors determine their roles (president, clerk, treasurer, etc.) at their first meeting after the annual election.

The following roles currently defined on the Board of Directors, with all other members filling At-Large positions:

  • President
  • Vice President of Conference Management
  • Vice President of Communication
  • Treasurer
  • Clerk

The roles are determined annually.

Three Board of Directors positions are for one-year terms, filled annually.

Three Board of Directors positions are for two-year terms, filled in odd years.

Three Board of Directors positions are for two-year terms, filled in even years.

A total of six Board of Directors positions are filled annually.
